F.A.Q.

1.) How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from all major Credit Card companies (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments), including PayPal, Shop pay, afterpay, Klarna and more.

2.) When Will My Purchase be shipped?

Items that are in stock and readily made will be shipped within the same day, if ORDER place before 12PM EST. ANY ORDER made after 12pm will be process the next day.

3.) If ordered item not in stock?

Our items can sell out within hours and we may not be able to restock them. However, if there is a particular item that you are interested in, please email us at tassysboutique@yahoo.com with a list of items so that you can be placed on an email notification list. If the particular item you are interested in happens to become available again, we will be sure to notify you by email.

4.) Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, tassysboutique ship world wide, and cost will be calculated on your order before you pay.

5.) Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer same day delivery for orders in the Virginia area for $9 if order place before 5PM or you can pickup your order if you select pick up on check out page. Minimum order value is $20 if you picking up. If we are delivering, minimum order value is $100 

6.) How are local deliveries made?

Local deliveries are made using private carriers.

7.) How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on your location, shipping within the US will take anywhere from 3-5 business days or less, it all depends on your location.

International orders can be delivered within 7-10 business days however this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.

8.) Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

9.) What is your return policy?

We  accept ALL returns except for final sales items. PLEASE CHECK OUR RETURN POLICY.
